I was putzing around on Emerson's and noticed this brand, Old homestead. I got pretty excited when I noticed the binder is made from Wsconsin tobacco. Can't find any reviews or comments on it so I figured I would post up here and see what I can find.

this depends. I would shy away aging cigars naked that are not of the same blend, so they do not share flavors. when you age a cigar naked it will also "age faster" and more of the flavors will inter mix. I've found this most beneficial when aging a box of the same cigars in their cedar box...

sightly random but- If you find yourself in NOLA I suggest the Cigar factory, right on Bourbon. Last time there I bought some Cameroons and a bundle of the #2s and locked them away for a while. The 2's benefit from a little rest but I find the Cameroons just keep getting better the longer...

i dont know why, but I'm also a slower smoker. Ive had AF Hemingway ST's last me 45 mins to an hour, easily. Even though I am normally fast paced, when I sit down to have that smoke, everything just goes away, and time seems to just not mean anything for that little while.
