What an amazing event. It was a real honor to get to sit down and smoke with Pepin and learn a ton about his cigars.

At the Pepin event tonight i smoked a My Father Belicoso, the new La Reloba Sumatra (better than the Habano imo), Jaime Garcia Reserva Especial Belicoso, and finished up with a DPG Series JJ Robusto.

The new El Triunfador blend had a few aspects to it that really reminded me of some of the classic Cuban tastes.

I smoked a Pinar Del Rio Sun Grown Lancero yesterday afternoon.

I loved how it ended!

ive done a fair amount of rockclimbing, mostly top rope though, i never learned how to lead climb and i dont have my own rack. I also worked forest service in the cascades out in Washington for a summer and did an insane amount of backpacking up some pretty damn big mountains out there.

Just finished a La Reloba Habano Toro. I think of the new Pepin releases, I prefer the Jaime garcia reserva especial. The Reloba was still a tasty smoke though
