I've said this before - but this is just a reminder. I'll be breaking BOTL over time in order to get it into a far better place. Just be patient if you can't reach us! We'll be back
These are not the same blend that was in CA, La Perla had a limited amount of tobacco for that run. While these are OK, the original Morado was a much better cigar.
8 track also had major head alignment problems causing track crossover issues, you could almost always hear another track playing when there was a dead spot between songs.
Yeah, mentioned Ziggy. RCA vinyl kicked ass.
Cardinals or Miami would be my guesses. The Cards have a history of bringing in QB's that are near the end of their careers and they have a ton of wiggle room as far as the salary cap goes not to mention talented young players and a certain Mr. Fitzgerald.
Miami has the weather and if you...
Had an AR-XB turntable with an Ortofon GT cartridge back in the '70s. The best vinyl out there was the RCA artists, I believe the records contained the highest percentage of virgin vinyl reproducing the best range, Ziggy Stardust kicked ass on my system!
Rick you can catch these on the cheap almost on a regular basis albeit most times packaged with their Classico and Sun Grown brethren. Shoot me a pm and I'll be more than happy to send you a sampler so you can judge for yourself the next time they pop up.
I like the old blend better, the levels of flavor are more distinguishable and richer, but out of all of the re-blends the Oscuro IMHO is the best, especially with a little time on them. At that price it's a no brainer, they're still a really good smoke.
1) Wipe the inside lightly with alcohol.
2) Put some baking soda in an open container inside the humidor and let it sit for a couple of weeks.
If it still reeks let it air out for a while, season it and chuck a couple of rockets in there to see if they pick up any remnants of the pipe tobacco.
