It has the typical EL maduro wrapper that makes it more of a powerhouse which can be attributed with NCs. The new Hoyo short piramides are the same. I think they are fantastic and way better than any NC.
Usually I like the smaller ring guage but in the Juan Lopez case I like the #2 robusto. My 08's were awesome and had a wine/fruit flavors to them..great and unique cigar and albeit gone. I have a box of 2011s and while not as pleasurable as the 08 they still are very good...I say go with #2.
Smoking a cigar in tandem with another cigar is fine...actually you can make out more flavors that way. As fas as the Sig VI being number 1...well...most of us will never know what it is like to smoke a Cohiba fresh off the rollers table while in the factory in Cuba..I am sure he has many times.
