I don't run because I get shin splints these days despite exercises to reduce them (I am not overweight). I do get a lot of exercise, however. Stairs at lunch and after work, and I do sprints with my dog. For some reason sprints don't cause shin splints for me. Great post idea :)

Might wanna try some 7-20-4 Dogwalkers. They make them in a little barber pole as well as standard wrapper.

This one is much better than the robusto, in my very humble experience. I bought a box of each when they were released and I paid big dollar. The robusto was wrapped with habano I think, and did not deliver (for the price). The larger maduro was great fresh, and fortunately, I nursed those bad...

Brother, trust me... you will feel better on Sunday. Drink water before you crash, lots of it. Hack it up and try to remember the goodness that got you there edit: throw in a multivitamin as well. The B vitamins are essential for recovery. edit #2: Taco Bell in the A.M. ...great recovery food
