I run with the same sized humidor and use the Oasis II XL. I do have some problems with my top shelf being a tad dry and my bottom shelf being a little wet. A few of my brothers here suggested beads on the top shelf which did help quite a bit. So basically what N2A said...lol.
I don't know if they are stronger. As a general rule of thumb larger gauged cigars are more complex. I like the smaller gauged cigars mainly for a time factor. I rarely want to smoke for 2 hours. I will say that the Bolivar PC is awesome. Also terrific picks on them VR.
