Something similar happened to my wife's cutter... It took me about twenty minutes, but I was able to take apart & reasemble it.... Good as new. If that's not the case, like Halon said... Just go exchange it.

To me, the Tat brown line has more coffee & chocolate flavors - clearly modeled after a Monte CC. The Pepin blue is more of a black pepper blast with leather & clove.

Can't blame you, I'd have done the same... Maybe that's why I enjoyed it. My expectations were set pretty low. At the price, they are worth trying. (Not suggesting that anyone run out & buy a box without trying first!)

It's listed under Illusione. It's a small batch done for European Cigar Cult Journal's 15th anniversary. I love them & would/will buy more if I can. Taste: somewhere in-between the Illusione & Cruzado.

If you can find it, try a La Caya Cameroon. Cheap & very tasty. (At least the two that I had, handed to me by the owner at Cigarfest last year.)

My experience with NHC has always been good. He vacuum wraps everything & ships right away, sends a confirmation email with link to tracking, not to mention he will answer questions & emails. A+

Cane-sugar is definitely superior to corn-syrup. I have not had a Mexican coke, but I love Jones Soda - great tasting cane-sugar soda, widely available.
