Hi Brothers, It has been a hell of a week; I fell asleep at 8:30 last night after spending the afternoon with a bunch of doctors arguing about the subtleties of human behavior, I was a raw nerve by the time I got home. Today was much better. Just lit up a Caldwell Yellow cake and letting it all go. -

I'm loving this smoke, I'm in the final third now. The first third was all complex black, white, and red pepper. With hints of dry oak and cedar. Second third saw dark molasses added to the mix. final third has a little pepper with molasses and cedar taking center stage. -
