• BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

    Can't see the WTS/WTB section...

Was just told that there are some Tat Tubos up for sale... but I can't seem to see a WTS/WTB section. Is it possible that my permissions are limited? I did a search on the user that had posted this... I couldn't see any WTS post, but he has a smaller post count than me. Am I missing...

    Berry Blab help???

I get that error a lot, and restart the program, and then it works fine until the next crash. I wrote to BerryBlab about this, and they just gave me a "looking into it" sort of answer. Have since stopped using it. I want my 2 bucks back. -Fauzi

    Davidoff Diadema Fina

Great review, Kurt... I wish I could source something like that here. It's the greatest feeling finding a smoke that makes you remember why you got into this hobby in the first place. Recently, the Cohiba Piramides did that for me. Thanks for writing... will try to find this cigar. Fauzi

    Cohiba Maduro

Just had a Genios the other day, and it was very very good. In fact, because it was so different from the Linea 1492, I started realizing that perhaps Cohiba hasn't lost all its charm completely. Jason, I tend to agree with you about the EL's... A little bit of over-hype perhaps. However, and...

    How kids change you

Hey Bill, Yeah, I can totally relate. Been through that stage with both my kids, and it's a real tough one. The emotions that you go through are so blinding, and the underlying wish is always that they just get comfortable. I don't know if this is your first child or not, but my experience...

Ok... This was a tough one, making a list of things that I MAY like... However, thanks to Daniyal, I was able to have the Tatuaje Black the other day, and it was a magnificent smoke! The construction, look and feel, pre light, left a little something to be desired, though the shagged foot...

    First ever BOTL Karachi herf..

Heyyyyy... we got two threads on the Karachi herf!!! The Macallan was the Select Oak... they don't have an age on it, but it's supposed to be 15 years old. Hey, it's part of the 1824 collection, so its reaaaallly old!!! :) Great lunch, brother... Now if my work collapses, I'll know who to...

Who'da thunk it! a Herf in Karachi!

Oh man! Tipsy does not nearly describe it. The funny thing is, I had a 4:00 meeting, to which I arrived (stumbled, really... stubbed my toe on the door on the way in!) at 4:25. Was just making notes on this meeting, and I realized I don't remember the exact details... :( Can't do this too...

Who'da thunk it! a Herf in Karachi!

Lord Almighty! I just met with Daniyal at Club Havana in Karachi. What a great time! He was nice enough to introduce me to the Tat Black. Oh. My. Lord... I am a changed man. This was an OUTSTANDING cigar... The crap thing is, now that I have found a new cigar I want to try, I...

Moro, I am more than happy to make a trade... Although, recent courier experiences tell me that this is a very dicey proposal at best. I tried sending a friend one cigar (yup, just one, a 2006 Cohiba Piramides), and they tagged him with a $40 duty. When he said he'd rather just RTS it, they...

Is everyone anal? Or is it just me?

Actually, Aaron, you are very right. I smoke about 5-6 sticks a week... More when I'm golfing, and much much more when I'm having a good day at golf, but that's another story! :stretchgr But even when I smoke a lot more, I'm still obsessive about writing down my notes... They tend to be a...

Yummy! These all sound really good... Just the names are sooo...ummm... exotic! I just remembered: - I have the Padron '64 Classic (not maduro) sampler at home (how sad when you forget the things you've ordered!) - I have had the Domi La Aurora Perferido in the colored tubes. Those were...

Hey there, I'm new to this forum, but I've been smoking CC's now for going on 15 years. I've heard a ton about non-CC's and especially the Nicaraguan smokes. I recently had the pleasure of smoking a San Cristobal Seleccion Del Sol Robusto and it was stunningly good. In fact, (and my...
