  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

    Good choice. Just wait until you get Android 2.1! I recommend adding the 'Android & Me' news widget to your phone so you can stay up to date on Android happenings.

    I starting watching it when NW was down by 14 and what an entertaining game!!! I don't think any game can top that for a long while to come. One missed block away from a NW win at the end. Instant classic for sure.

    They should put a clause in for Alien encounters and abductions too. I mean it is hopefully unlikely, but there is a chance. Do you think that war clause covers a war with an alien race?

    Droid is only on Verizon. Droid and the Hero run the same Android platform. HTC has a Sense UI (i believe) in which one added feature is that there are seven screens to pan between. The difference is hardware and aesthetics. iPhones are old now. Its screens are just shortcuts for apps...

    What have you put on it so far? I got the Droid the day it came out. It is so sick and so fast. Can't wait for the android 2.1 upgrade. You know you can download a program where you can have seven screens like an HTC has instead of the three that come standard on android.

    HTC Hero with Android 2.1. Again, hands down the phone you should get. YouTube- HTC HERO with Android 2.1 ECLAIR Almost as good as the Droid.

    Get a phone with the Android platform which is the HTC Hero in your case. Definitely do not get a Blackberry. The only people that should have those are people who's businesses give them it. I would go with a HTC. Check out if any new ones are coming out before you buy one. I have the Droid...
