  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

    When it comes to non-alcoholic beverages I am a coffee guy. Hot or iced, as long as its strong I love it. That being said, I only will have coffee with full bodied smoke. When coffee is not available, or I'm smoking a more mild stick, I will go with a seltzer.

    Nice review! I have smoked one pig so far (a couple months back) and unfortunately the flavor was masked by way too much ammonia. I plan on revisiting them soon though.
