BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

skip the pot and just get a used keg. google "keggle". its one of the best pots ever, cheap, and has plenty of room for when you jump up to 10 gallon batches. -

Hey all. Wanted to share a link I found for a cheap DIY temperature controller for your wine coolidor. link I haven't tried this myself but if anyone does please post some pics so we can get a better idea of how this would specifically look with our Vino / Avanti / etc. control boards.
