  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

    I bought two Ronson's over 7 years ago when I first got into cigars, and I'm still using the same two. Used one of them to light my cigar tonight. :) Those two lighters may be the biggest bang for my buck that I've ever come across, over 7 years of use with no work required for under $5.

    I'm an unrepentant fan of the 1911, to the extent that I bet my life on that model as it's my daily carry. But, I'm not under any false ideas that a 1911 can stand up to the abuse that a Glock is able to. Especially my Kimber, the tolerances are so small with that weapon that keeping it clean...

    I always associate dark brown and dark green with cigars, and especially pipes. Kind of like enjoying a cigar in an old British club with lots of dark woods with hunter green accents.
