  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

    What's the best way to make cauliflower anything (rice, mashed, dough, etc) not taste like cauliflower? Throw a ton of seasoning into it? Or just deal with it because it is what it is?

    You guys ever tried these shirataki noodles? https://www.walmart.com/ip/Nasoya-Pasta-Zero-Shirataki-Spaghetti-8-oz-Bag/33141085 My wife loves pasta and these work...if not entirely the same as wheat....close. We've tossed them in a couple dinners to good success.

    Anybody got some keto recipes? We're giving it another shot after falling off for a few months. Trying to find some that don't take an hour or two since we sometimes work late and it's no fun starting dinner at 9:30pm on those days I gotta get up at 3:30 or 4am.
