  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

    Nope. Fiber and (most) sugar alcohols either don't process the same or simply don't process at all in our system, so we don't worry about them at all. Quest bars are awesome when I need a quick breakfast and don't have time to grab anything else! Stay under 20g net carbs* and you're golden...

    As of today I am OFF MY BLOOD PRESSURE MEDS!!! Woot! Talked to my doctor about it, and he agreed that my weight loss so far has stabilized my BP to the point that I no longer need to medicate. Victory!

    @icehog3 @irratebass Look for Rao's Homemade All Natural pasta sauces. Pretty sure all of them are no sugar added, and they're delicious. I keep a jar of the Marinara in my fridge. 4 g Net Carbs for 1/2 cup serving.
