  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

    Justin How does a documented 9% increase in sales in 2011 translate to the "worst sales in a decade"? That mathematically does not make sense. It seems to me if 2010 had an 8% loss and 2011 had a 9% increase, they've recovered 2010's loss and chipped into 2009's.

    Wilfred, I use (and many do) brewing software to build recipes. My preference is called Brew Smith 2.0. Within that software you can scale a recipe down (or up) to any size you want. Most recipes you will find on the interwebs are built for 5 gallon batches, you would just plug them in as-is...
