• BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

    H. Upmann Connie No.1, VR Famosos or JLS No. 2

If I were to get one of those, I would go with JL, just based on personal experience with the brand.

Recent quality of ERdM Choix Supreme

It's interesting to me that as recently as 2005 quality was not fantastic, but for the last few years (2008-2011) everything seems to be getting better and better every year.

    2004 Opus X Forbidden X Toro Review

Would love to try one of these some day. The element of Calvados in the cigar is interesting, and I'd be curious to taste how it effects the flavor. I know there are some apple/cinnamon and dark oaky characteristics to the Lost City Opus, so I'd be curious how this compares.

    Favorite Joya de Nicaragua

Well if it's Saka's favorite size it must be worth trying... Anyway, I have had mixed results with draw on the Antano lancero (and J. Drew even admitted to me that they have never really gotten the draw correct on the Antano Lancero), but every once in a while I get one that isn't too...

    Google+ anyone?

A chance to build another digital shrine to myself, where strangers can worship photos of me taken in my smudged mirror where I subtly flex, and make Zoolander faces, and can learn about my impeccable taste in film, literature, music, and trying to hook up with secret internet fatties? Eh...

    Man O' War Armada

MAN O'WAR ARMADA 6.5x56 'Toro Grande' The MOW Armada seems to be the CI camp's attempt to enter the super-premium cigar market, one that they otherwise don't usually compete with, staying more in the bargain/discount 3-5$ range. At 20$ for a single, or 500$ for a "box" (actually a...

Gran Habano New STK Box distasteful

Alright, guns kill people, and Uzis are guns made for killing people (can't make the hunting argument there...), so why no fuss about the MUWAT?

Gran Habano New STK Box distasteful

Regardless, the art isn't hurting anyone. How do you know the artist isn't making a statement AGAINST children being used as soldiers?

    More Stress-WTF?

First time you meet him, be cleaning a shotgun. Make sure he sees you write his name on a shell, then put it up over the fireplace, for all to see. Makes a good point.
