  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

    hope you feel better. be careful how much gatorade you drink. that stuff is filled with sodium and can be counter productive to getting better. I recommend pedialite for you rehydration needs :) May not taste quite as good, but it does a hell of a job.

    well, depending on the severity of your allergies, i'd say yes. but i started taking it when I first noticed "itchy" symptoms, and it seemed to work fairly quickly.

    I know this wasn't directed towards me, but I take Stinging Nettle Extract 2 to 3 times a day during allergy season and its helped me out a lot. Claritin and others all stopped working after a few months for me.

    haha, that reminds me of my childhood...sort of. my dad would say no easter bunny is getting in my house this year, and would hold a baseball bat cradled in his arms while watching tv. luckily he'd fall asleep and I'd wake up to a nice basket. i'm sure he thought this was a clever joke...
