  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

    no, that is interesting...I keep a cigar journal where I paste the band on the page of my notes (yep, I am a geek:glassesgr) and it was late December; it had the SW on the reserva band. I will keep my eye out for one that does not have the SW on it. Thanks, Tom

    I am just about ready to keg up my last batch of american IPA, and I think I will then take a shot at making MEADE for the first time. I have a three corny keg cooler with three taps, and I would like to have an Ale, Meade, and a Cider on tap by the time spring rolls around.

    I found that I really have to force myself to slow down the smoke to get all the flavors, otherwise I agree these can heat up fast.

    I have been looking for some aged Fonseca's for a while as I hear the real flavor comes out after 5+ years. I was going to order a box of the #1 but don't know if I have the patience to wait a half-decade.
