• BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

    Lighting Closed Feets

this is the intent, and when it works, it works. unfortunately, most of the time i want to get into the cigar part of the cigar, and just carefully apply heat until it's even. which, for me, makes it more for visual aesthetic than anything else.

    Favorite morning smokes?

fuente magnumR 44, hands down my fave. followed by an anejo 46. followed by a MKultra or dirty rat. if they were regularly available. most of my favorite music starts "1 2 3 GO!" and descends into mayhem from there, so personally not a huge believer in the soft start. YMMV. o)

snuck out early to pack some boxes up and hang with the lady (rifftrax tonight!). and get the chance to burn a casa "about f#@king time carlos" cuba. as tasty as i remember, but not as edgy (as they have sat for over a year?). almost worth the wait (unless you are really impatient, which i...

Anyone try the new Christian Eiroa cigar?

i had the 4x42, "corona extra", which is really a petit robusto. it was pretty damn tasty, and i was impressed for a honduran puro. do try! also, the shit burned for an hour and a half, so don't think the wee little guy is a waste of money, just sit back and nurse it. o)

    Vitamin N

sounds like my breakfast! (less the jogging, and multiply the coffee exponentially) also, second what mdwest said. hydrating on the spot is tough but ahead of time helps. sugar is a life saver for the spins, though. i keep a stash of ginger-ale on hand for just such a reason (and it pairs...
