I picked it up last weekend and put it on. Haven't been to the range yet but so far I like it a lot. Seems solid despite part of it being plastic.

Great choice! I would have made the same choice since the reserve and preferred have the same sign up bonus. I have the reserve and love it. For me it’s worth the extra $55 in annual fee (after accounting for the travel credit which I usually spend in the first month or two).
