It means widower Jack has puffed more than 153,000 cigars and 715,400 cigarettes in the last 91 years and put away around 925 bottles of whisky.

A lung life on whisky and cigars

He has smoked ten a day ever since. Mr Priestly, from Pinchbeck, Lincolnshire, said: 'I love my cigars. I wouldn't be without them. I've been operated on from toe to head but I've still got a good set of lungs. There's nothing wrong with them.'

Obviously the cigars was exercise for him and the whisky lubrication.

Jack, a retired baker

that means his whisky was probably 4 or 5 in the morning knowing when bakers start, I wonder how close he could get to the oven, pretty handy for lighting up.
