  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Yesterday i went to CI and met with Joe he had told me not to smoke anything before i got there cause he had something for me which made excited with anticipation... As I entered CI Joe handed me this little torpedo that looked like it might fall apart i knew i was in for a treat. I lit up this torpedo and i gotta say that this was a medium bodied stick that was smooth and creamy the whole way through there were no suprises. I'm usually a full bodied smoker but this was nothing like i smoked before. For a smoke that was so old it was great ! It wasn't like the smokes today that start out med then change up to full nice and consistent...i enjoyed every bit of that stick til it crumbled away in the tray...Thanks again Joe i was honored to be a part of that ! It was cool smoking a stick that was just about as if not older than my parents. I smoked a piece of history.....

Russell, that looks like a gorgeous cigar! I love how lately the reviews of cigars so old are spawning! Thanks for the review and the photos, mate! Beautiful perfecto there!

Yep Russel. Same little lovely I smoked last Saturday. Our reports out are exactly the same. Almost down to the pics. Glad you had the chance like I did to smoke such a great old stick.

I'm glad you enjoyed it Russ! It was cool to share the experience with a friend. Thanks for that idea Scott.
