I love what Bernhard Langer is doing. What a stud. 58 yrs old! He played with Day yesterday and said on #4 he hit 3 wood and Day hit 7 iron. Lol
I don't expect him to win, but if he did it would be one of the greatest golfing accomplishments of all time. By all accounts he is a really good dude and well liked by his peers.
I would love to see him win

I looked up Na's driving stats. He averages 281 yds and hits 64.5% of fairways. Not long by tour standards, but it gets the job done. I hated watching Els 7 putt the first hole on Friday. Just brutal to watch.

Langer winning would make my week.

Still hoping DJ can go low and make a run. Glad it's close(10 players within 4 shots of the lead, 7 within 3 shots).

That's not to say I'd be disappointed if Spieth closed out, I would not.

Keep a close eye on that amateur dude. He's definitely making a name for himself. I forgot his damn name but I think he was in the grouping with Speith today. Only able to listen on the satellite radio since I've been out and about all damn day.

His name is Bryson DeChamboue. Comes out of Central Calif. Made the front page of the Fresno Bee. He is a big deal up here where us goat ropers and hayseeds live.

Sidenote, Brandle Chamblee is the Joe Buck of the golf world
I like his commentary too. Also like what David Duval adds to the conversation. Interesting to hear commentary from a guy who was #1 in the world and lost his card a few yrs later. He has empathy for the players and I like that.

Chamblee drives me nuts, I like Duval though.

I like Johnnie Miller and Paul Azinger. Last years US Open was the worst. Greg Norman and Joe Buck stunk it up.
Can't stand Johnny "I am the greatest" Miller. Always is condescending to players after a less than stellar shot.

It would be easier for me to name the announcers I like than the ones I don't.

Ideal announce team would be Gary McCord, David Feherety, Scott Van Pelt Andy North and Mike Tirico.

Mike Trico is a true professional. That guy never gets caught unprepared.
