Well I like Rush a lot and this my 2112th post so I thought I'd post it here to see if anyone else likes that album.

it wasn't until 7th grade that I discovered headphones and pot :thinkidea hahaha

The other record I always listened to about that time was Cat Scratch Fever...

Excellent! I saw Rush in concert in Philly. I hate to even think what year it was. Rick Derringer too.

Me too. Love these guys. One of the bands out there that truly cater to a musician's need for quality in the music they listen too. I find that you either love em or hate em. But almost always a musician will love em.

Love em!! one of the best rock bands...agree with dpricenator, rock music doesn't need to be trash music, and these guys know how to create high quality music...in a rock style.

Though I've been listening to them since high school (when all four of us had long hair), my first Rush concert was in 2002 when I went twice. To hear La Villa Strangiato live was a highlight of my summer.

Anyone interested in a successor to Rush should listen to Mastodon.
