This plate was created by yours truly...It was the 4th course in a 5 course dinner for 4 VIPs this weekend....


8oz fillet atop a grilled zuccini wrapped around fennel mashed potato cake.....yes there is mashed potato inside the bottom thing....the fillet is then smothered with 2 big-ass garlic shrimp....then drizzled with a sherry-balsamic vinegar reduction....You got meaty, fluffy, smokey, sweet and potent flavors....$25 +/- (5 courses = $125...each course, in theory is $25)
