This is one of my personal favorite "off menu" items to prepare.

Baked Shrimp Fra Diavlo, served with Parm-Garlic Crustini (not shown)...$15:pitchfork





I start with 5 jumbo shrimp...I mean these things look like prawns...Quick seared in garlic and clarified butter, then saute'd in a spicey marinara (I tossed in some chili pods, red pepper flakes, and a dab of chipotle paste)
The shrimp are then placed inside a shallow creme brule plate and covered with the spicey marinara and a genorous amount of mozz, parm, and fontina cheeses. The plate is place under a broiler until the cheese melts and begins to bubble and brown (Gratinize)....Garnish with Micro-greens:devil:
