Here we go...How many ways can you set up a Surf and Turf?

Here is another.....NY strip, marinated 4 hours in a blend of Guiness, balsamic vinegar, evoo s&p. Grilled to perfection (look at the pink in the middle), 3 Gen. Tsao style shrimp served with Roasted fingerlings, fire tossed with tri-color peppers...Oh and some fried "Angry Onion" straws as garnish. $42 included/1 Guiness Draught

Never heard of Angry Onions til I saw this post and then googled. Weird name -- I try to avoid anger and so probably wouldn't order them for that reason alone. Just like a bar here I've never been to, the Dirty Drummer, don't think I'd want to eat or drink anything from there. And normally I'm not a freak about restaurants at all.

Lest I forget, the meal looks great.
