Sounds pretty cool. My cigar shop - Barrister Cigars in Union, NJ - isn't a full service barber, but one does come in for events:

Finally! It's making a comeback! I tried telling the owner of our store that we should rent out a corner of the lounge to a barber but he didn't think it would be a good idea...
