Any idea of a good Taser Gun? I want it to be a "gun" so the guy can be far from you but can shoot them anyways. Is for safety and defense purposes and I would have them shipped to Florida. My dad wants to buy a good one...Any idea where?

For less than lethal defense items, I would suggest something other than a taser. OC spray, baton, etc. Whatever fills the role and is legal in that area. Tasers tend to carry the most liability. If you're gonna tase them, you might as well shoot them... You'll be facing similar consequences.
I suggest this, and buy several training cartriges cause you do need to practice with any weapon/system you intend to use for self defence. They are not cheap but personal safety is not something you want to cheap out on. Avoid stun guns with the "prong attachments" they are not dependable at all.

If I was going to take the taser route, that one would be my choice.
No, but have fired 20 training shots over 3yrs and still going, but as stated in the FAQ's lot of different factors in battery life.
I use the x26 for work, so I would say the x26c for home use
