I need some advice on some different sticks to give a try. My stash now has some Antano 1970's, a Brick House short torp, AB Nica Puro, and some Nica 2nds. I have found that my inexperienced palate really likes JdN Antanos. I have been looking for other sticks in this realm that are powerhouses of earthy, nutty flavors. My smoking buddies all smoke mild to medium Dominicans and Hondurans, so no good suggestions there. Thanks for your help.

My profile on the flavors I get from cigars can be way off from yours. So for that I really can't help. BUT I'd suggest if your funds allow to get a hold of some samplers from Famous smoke or Small batch cigar (both BOTL forum supporters) and go from there to see what you like or don't like. For brands, definitely check out Crowned Heads, Tatuaje and My Father cigars.

Nub Habano (464T is my favorite)
Flor de les Antillas (Robusto is my favorite)
AJ Fernandez New World
I think those would fit the bill.

You'll probably like Padron, Tatuaje (Fausto as mentioned above is a good choice), My Father (le bijou 1922 is a great stick)... You might also try Espinosa's 601 line in particular the 601 green.

All the above suggestions are right in my wheelhouse as well, as I love those flavors you're seeking. Also look out for Diesel. Great smokes, and affordable prices too.
