in the past, jack (or someone) has made a website with all details. is there one for this year that lists all particulars -- where the money from the auction is being donated, etc.? I know of a vendor that will discuss it only if they are being sent to a charity.

have you guys tried talking to ron at serious cigars? I bet he can get you a ton of goodies if you don't mind having domestic products, he has a lot of pull with manufacturers.

here's an idea: he has a promotion where he will raffle off 10 (5 for in-store and 5 for internet customers) trips to the big smoke in vegas later this year, maybe we can convince him to add one more spot and award it to the winner of a drawing or auction at the all-texas herf?

thats a good idea.

Jack, i'm assuming, is in charge of the sabotl.org website, it would be so easy to add something there if we could get his ear. no problem with domestic vendors at all. getting a charity setup, i can look into tonight.

I'm pretty certain promo will donate if you can show them an event website, must be their way of making sure the cigars won't be pocketed.

I've been told that mitchell will donate if the proceeds go to charity, but I would only approach him as a very last resort since I don't give him enough business to have pull.
