Okay, after hearing about this site, I'm officially addicted to it. I like limewire, but it's a PITA to find songs sometimes, not to mention some are corrupted, and with this one I can find the song easily and I'm fine with paying 15 cents or so for it :agreeclen To get a whole cd from an artist for around $3-$5.

Yes it's a russian site. And they're being sued for like a billion or a trillion dollars by the RIAA. It's laughable to say the least.

Their big problem is not the RIAA suing them.
The big problem they have is that even though they are currently legal under Russian law, the US has "convinced" the Russian govt to make them illegal as a condition of Russia's WTO admittance.
Use up your credits while you can.

Its grey market really, they pay a few royalties but the artists probably don't see a dime. If you find something you really like and want to support it buy an actual CD... then again I don't listen to a lot of major label releases so the CDs are both cheaper and the money goes more to the artist.

I wonder where the money goes if the RIAA wins these kinds of suits. I bet a lot of it goes back into making more lawsuits, then paying all the RIAA people, then paying the record execs that profit off the music. Artists are probably at the bottom of the food chain. Bahh I hate the record industry.
