I didn't even know they still made Rainier. I always thought it was killed off when they shut down the Rainier brewery back in the 90's.

Before I moved out of Philly my fav bar had the 'special' which was a shot of Jim Beam and a PBR for $3. Drunk on a twenty? Recession my ass!

Our bar back in Santa Barbara used to keep PBR on hand for 1$ a can. And would only sell it to our small group of regulars. They new we only bought it when we were nearing broke. For me, when its hot and you just want to slug down many beers, PBR is great! Plus I like the cans!
