+1.. when are these going out?Jeff,
Any idea when these smokes will ship. Im curious to see how they are.
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

That was the first thing that came to mind too.I got the same reply. To me, it reads like it's either Cesar's fault for not getting a box to him to send out or he's taking a long time to get to the meeting.
Either way, this guy is damaging to Bariay cigars.
If i was a rep trying to start up a new line of cigars you can rest assured that the first thing i would do is be prepared before i made an offer. To give the initial impression that there is communication problems within the company and therefore empty promises is incredibly damaging. As someone who is in sales I know that making that first impression positive and making it seem like the company you represent is running like a well oiled machine is crucial, even if in reality it is not. I don't mean any offense to Jeff, but this is a bad way to try and get customers.I hope that this guy was just over zealous in trying to do a good job. I've thought about it and kind of poked fun at him, but I also stopped and tried to think about what I would do if I were in his shoes.
I still think that it was a little lame to do what he did.
Really..... It is just bad idea not too. New to the site I know i have a lot to prove......So i try to be prompt....If i was a rep trying to start up a new line of cigars you can rest assured that the first thing i would do is be prepared before i made an offer. Yea, the delay doesn't bother me at all. Unless I missed something, he never said that he's send them by a certain day. It seems like he expected to be able to send them sooner rather than later, but for some reason hasn't been able to.I would have no trouble with the delay if he could keep us updated..
