Another Chef trip to the other side (Asia)

DTW to YYZ (1 Hour)
YYZ to HKG(15+ hours)

Going to be a lengthy one...

Nonetheless, as a sanity measure I will keep you guys updated on my whereabouts and happenings from the other side of the globe

This will be my easiest trip yet. Taking an engineer with me and the first 8 days are me taking him around. I'll basically be sitting in the background smoking cigars

Then next week I have a few days after sending him home to take care of business. Other than the flight I'm boarding right now, I'm not complaining
