Looks great. The plate looks very tasty. When I have the time to blend my own rub I have become very partial to Penzey's Spices. They a few store fronts around the country and a large catalog/web site. Super fresh spices. Jarred or bulk. They also do quite a few blends, some I like, some didn't hit my flavor profile. They also carry a bunch of sausage blends if you want to make your own. Love the pics, keep them coming! What's the next cook?
