Ditto, you should be able to get all the info you need from their Web site. The rules are different each state.

I have a friend who got over payed a considerable amount. They audited him and made him pay all the money back. They held his UC checks until the money owed was repayed plus interest. After the debt was cleared his UC benifits began again. Hope this helped some.
