I tried so hard to like The Heist, but I just don't. It sounds like "pop" music to me and not much else. I love hip hop music and I've listened to it basically my whole life. I like the gritty, sample laden, East Coast type of stuff though really (Wu Tang, Action Bronson, Apathy, Reks, Nas (in his prime), Biggie, Rakim, etc.). Don't want to start a whole East Coast/West Coast thing either.....to each his own.
