Cigarfest 2006 in Lake Harmony, PA? I'm seriously thinking of going. I missed the one in NJ this past fall. Never been to one of these things before. Wouldn't mind meeting a few brothers there.

I'm thinking it will take me about 2 1/2 to 3 hours each way. I'll burn a few CDs with some Dogwatchsocialclub podcasts and any Thecigarnation 'casts I haven't listened to yet take a few sticks for the road and make a day of it. I did learn on my long trip to Maine that Seltzer water works wonders for the palate between cigars. Too bad I learned that late on the way back.

Never had either. Smoked about 5 cigars in a row on the way up on a Friday and my mouth felt and tasted pretty beat by the time I got to Maine. Then on Sunday, I headed back and had a few sticks on the way. Made a pit stop and thought seltzer water sounded pretty good. I found that the carbonation really cleared my palate and cleaned my taste buds. YRMD
