I'm in D.C. for 6 weeks... tried one spot (Signature Cigars... kind of dumpy) and the meathead behind the counter tells me it is for members only. What a joke. Anyone up for a few puffs, or know of a decent spot to hang out and smoke? Thanks...

Shelly's is THE place to smoke inside of DC.
