  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

I was just wandering which is the best, and the best value. I have looked up the following brands, and I am still deciding on what to get......

Don tomas- decent value, but mixed reviews.

Cuba Aliados- great value, reviews seem good.

Camacho- decent value, again, mixed reviews.

Graycliff- I just can't bring myself to pay that much.

So far I am leaning towards the Cuba Aliados, unless anyone has any suggestions. To me reviews normally don't mean much, seeing as how everyone has opinions, but thease cigars are new to me, and I want to get some decent ones to start off with.

Smoke the Fuente 858 in the Candela. I had one this weekend and it was not bad. Won't be part of my normal rotation, but a nice different cigar.

Holt's seems to generally have 858 Candelas in stock. I don't often look for them since I only smoke 'em maybe a couple of times a year for a change of pace, but they usually seem to be available on those rare occasions when I want one.

I liked the CAO candelas. I think you can only get them at Thompson, tho. Along with the CAO Oscuros.
