As the title says, I am looking to talk to a current or former owner of a UPS Store. I am researching the purchase of a store and want to get some first hand info.

One of my customers owns one and always is bitchin. He say's that UPS charges the hell out of him.

It's all about location. If you don't have the traffic, it's a real pain.
