Planning a family tour through western NY this summer and plan to make Erie one of the stops. Saw cigar express has a location there and wonder if it's an actual B&M or just a pickup point for mail orders. Didn't see much online in terms of B&Ms, other than a small shop in a mall. Any advice is appreciated.
