Anyone Recognize this RyJ Humidor?

Had this pop up locally on Craigslist, but can't find any info on it anywhere...

Seems like it's a numbered release thing, but can't tell if it's commemorative or anything. Anyone have one? Or maybe just remember seeing these somewhere?

I generally have pretty strong google fu, but in this case it failed me. All of the commemoratives I found had what they were for on the lid. I did find some on ebay like this in a 250 count but only showed the number of the release the humi was and that it was a collectible edition.
