It seems CBid has gotten much more popular as of late. I see retards paying up to 25% over retail.

For instance on CI you can get a box of MOW Puro Autentico's for 59 + you get 5 MOW Figurado's. I saw just the box of Puro's go for 61$ the other day on CBID....amazing

That being said... I got my box of Puro's for 41$ on CBID so there are deals to be had.

As has been mentioned here, patience is key. Also, a cheap price does not make a bad cigar better, but getting a deal can add to the overall enjoyment. An example is a year or so ago my B&M had Padilla 8&11 salomom cigar for over $30. When I fired on of mine up that I paid $9 bucks for, I enjoyed what was already a great cigar just a tiny bit more.

So far so good. Just won a box of PDR Oscuro Churchills for $49. Now if the fivers come through I'm a winner with the savings on shipping.

To beat a dead horse, patience and discipline are key. If it's not a smokin' deal I'll just walk. Probably the best deal I ever got was a box of Oliva V lances for 85 bucks. Wish I could do that again.

Amen. I have gotten boxes at half of what retail would have been. Perdomo Gran cru, J Fuego Origen, etc. Just have to do the time to save the dime!

I just picked up a 5 pack of RP Vintage 1992 Robustos , a 5 pack of Augusto Reyes Nativo Robustos, and a 5 pack of Patel Brothers Super Toros.. all for $53 (including shipping...)..

Not an outrageously good deal..

but certainly less expensive than if I had bought them any other way (retail locally or off the internet, etc..)..

If you are on at the right time, and you find what you are looking for, you can get a decent deal. Just my experience.
