I just found out about this company today. My wife worked with the founder of the company when they both worked at the Orlando Convention and Visitors Bureau. I'm pretty sure he is the only roaster in town, so this is exciting news for me. I am going to try and set up a visit and see if I can get some samples for my fellow coffee fiends.
