I really don't know AC at all. There is a cuban place in the Tropicana that looks nice http://www.cubalibrerestaurant.com/ I don't know about cigar smoking other than on the casino floor unless there is a cigar lounge due to the smoking ban. Sushi, no clue but I love sushi!
