We are staying south of town at a place called the Royal Hideaway. Been there a few times before and if you are looking for a very nice all inclusive (no kids) this is your place. Alltogether different than staying in town, but still amazing.

I would offer to bring anyone boxes back, but my sister-in-law had a couple boxes siezed coming back from there recently, so I plan on smoking them all down there. No risk with that!

Had a thought, is there any advantage buying boxes down there and mailing it back to yourself from down there? Is the pricing any better than ordering through COH, etc?

Yes as Scott stated Mon's has a shop there called club partagas or partagas club. He is often in from Cuba and I believe you can ask him to roll ya us some famous monsdales :0). There is also a la bogata del medio that has great mojitos, cigars, cuban food, as well as live cuban music. If you get bored in pdc take the ferry over to cozumel and visit my friend who I worked with at the czm lcdh this summer. He has opened up his on cigar bar (guantanameras) down by the international pier across from ernestos fajita factory. If you tell any cabbie to take you to ernestos they will know where to go and then just look across the st for an orange building on the 2nd story this is it. If you mention that you are a friend of mine Danny should be able to give you 10-15% off you total bill.
