How about Ambassador's in Scottsdale? They have a nice selection of cigars and good staff. Only been there once but enjoyed my visit.

That works for me, I'll come early and we can meet where've you want to at noon. Then we can get together at ambassadors later, if it's to busy or not enough seats we can pick something else.
